Shipping policy

Your order will usually be shipped within 3 business days after the order has been confirmed.

Domestic orders will be delivered by Sagawa Express or Japan Post. The shipping carrier will be selected by our store depending on the order details and delivery area.

Shipping fees vary depending on the delivery area and order details, and will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery may be delayed due to weather, traffic conditions, circumstances of the shipping carrier, busy seasons, or other factors.

If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect address, extended absence, or similar reason, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee required for reshipment.

International orders will be shipped via EMS. Shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees, and any other charges related to international shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
