Refund policy
If you would like to request a return or exchange, please contact us at onlinestore@areth.jp within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items are eligible for return or exchange only if they are unused and unworn, with all tags, accessories, original box, and packaging included. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been worn outdoors, show signs of use, stains, damage, odor, or are missing tags or accessories.
For returns due to customer preference, the return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer. For size exchanges, both the return shipping cost and the shipping cost for the replacement item will be the responsibility of the customer.
If the item is defective or if you receive an item different from your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. After confirmation, we will cover the cost of the return or exchange.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase after we have received and inspected the returned item. The timing of the refund may vary depending on your payment service or credit card company.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges without prior contact.
The shoe box is intended as protective packaging for the product. We cannot accept returns or exchanges solely due to damage, dents, tears, or other damage to the outer box that occurred during shipping. However, this does not apply if the product itself is damaged or soiled.
