The outer box is packaging material intended to protect the product. Therefore, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted solely due to scratches, dents, tears, or other damage to the outer box that occurred during shipping. However, this does not apply if the product itself is damaged or soiled.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after we have inspected the returned item.
